Perfect for families looking for comfort

The rooms were exceptionally clean and had a washer/dryer unit which was perfect after a long day out. The creek running behind the rooms added a calming touch to our stay, made it feel more homely with those quirky ducks waddling around!

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but worth the price for the experience we had.

A fabulous stay at Clearbrook Motel! This was our fourth visit, and we've loved the same studio apartment each time. The setting is stunning, with a lovely brook running through the grounds. It’s peaceful, yet just a 5-minute walk to the New World Supermarket and Cinema Paradiso. All the attractions around the town and waterfront are nearby as well. Our unit is spacious, equipped with a kitchenette, which is great for preparing meals. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness and the well-stocked kitchen, including cookware and kitchen utensils. However, one downside was the absence of a swimming pool. While there is a public pool in town, it would be nice to have one on-site. Overall, this motel remains our favorite in NZ, and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Wanaka!

While the space was beautiful, the bathroom heating could use improvement, as the heater had a timer that didn't allow for consistent warmth during showers.

I loved staying at Clearbrook Motel! The peaceful balcony overlooking the creek was perfect for relaxing. Close to town, so we could easily walk to restaurants. Just a heads up, they don’t service the rooms daily, which was a bit of a letdown after a longer stay.

We had a great time with friends! The spacious unit was perfect after long days exploring the area. We loved walking to the local brewery and the stunning waterfront for dinner. The creek out front added a nice touch of nature, and it was close enough to everything we needed.

Just a heads up, the rooms aren't serviced daily, which was disappointing after several nights. Make sure to stock up on your essentials before settling in.

After a day exploring Wanaka's amazing sights with my family of five, we loved returning to our spacious two-bedroom apartment. The place was super clean, and the kids loved the nearby playgrounds. Location-wise, it was an easy walk to shops and eateries.

My kids wished for some light-blocking curtains for better sleep.
